Lublin Conference Centre is a facility in city centre which offers 11 modern varied-in-size conference halls equipped in high-class devices. The largest hall covers 500 m2 including foyer and can seat 400 people. Additionally, there is a possibility to use rooms of the Business Centre, a spacious atrium, and an observation deck located on the last floor of the building.
Not only is LCC located close to local airpot and well-communicated with Warsaw either by car or train, but also it occupies a central place in the city, just within a walking distance to the Old Town, and neighbouring the oldest city park, the Saxon Garden.

Registration for Congress is possible only via an online form available on the website.
The registration form will be active until 10 September 2017. We kindly ask to register no later than that day. Should you have any questions or concerns related to the registration please contact Congress Information Office.
Participation in the Congress is free of charge.
We offer our help to all participants registered in the system, who declared they need visa to come to the Congress. We issue visa invitations which later we send to proper Polish consulates/embassies. Detailed data for visa application process should be submitted during the registration process.
People requesting for a visa invitation are required to register no later than 13 August 2017.

We encourage you to benefit from Lublin Airport (LUZ) which offers regular and convenient connections with Kyiv Zhuliany (IEV), Stockholm Skavsta (NYO), Oslo Torp Sandefjord (TRF), Glasgow (GLA), Dublin (DUB), Liverpool (LPL), Doncoster Sheffield (DSA), London Luton (LTN) and London Stansted (STN), Eindhoven (EIN), Munich (MUC), Barcelona (BCN), Verona (VRN) and Tel-Aviv Ben Gurian (TLV). The organizers do not cover travel expenses.
The organizers do not provide catering during the Congress.
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Eastern Europe Initiatives Congress is organised as a participative process, and therefore, we encourage you to submit proposals regarding the agenda of the Congress. In order to submit proposal, please fill in the APPLICATION FORM and send it to: email@example.com, referring in the email subject to CALL FOR PROPOSALS, until 15 June 2017.
INTERNATIONAL DONORS FAIR
We would like to introduce a dynamic and casual form of sharing experience using World Café method. The representatives of interesting organizations and institutions will be provided with a particular space - a table, at which they will have a chance to promote their activities and discuss with other participants of the Fair and Congress.
